Next to the the Hotel de Russie in the beautiful Piazza del Popolo, Bolognese is a very classic and elegant restaurant specialized in northern Italian cuisine from Bologna. The speciality is the trolley of boiled meet served with an incredible green sauce and mustard. The dress code is formal.
