The Restaurant of the Hotel de Russie, 'Le Jardin de Russie' is patronized by hotel guests and more and more by the demanding roman clientele who recognize the high cuisine standards achieved.

Since February 2008 ‘Le Jardin de Russie’ Restaurant has an illustrious culinary consultant, Fulvio Pierangelini, one of the most celebrated chef in the world.

Fulvio Pierangelini needs no introduction he embodies the true gourmet cultural revolution at ‘Le Jardin de Russie’ Restaurant. Cultured, sophisticated, although he has experienced various culinary fashions, is the 'soloist of great Italian cooking', as he was described in a recent interview for the Gambero Rosso.

Executive Chef Nazzareno Menghini works alongside Chef Fulvio Pierangelini in order to offer customers the highest level of service and an exquisitely refined cuisine.

During the summer season, ‘Le Jardin de Russie’ Restaurant is opened outdoors and tables are laid in the Hotel’s Secret Garden, designed by Giuseppe Valadier, where it is possible to taste marvellous dishes under ancient trees and old roses.
